“To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.”

I strive to balance more than just my work but also my meals. As a girlfriend, sister, daughter and roommate, cooking for those important to me is something I have latched on to. Spending a short period planning meals per week has opened my eyes to the vast possibilities that a few ingredients and a budget can offer me.
I created this blog to motivate myself and others to cook for their taste buds and their well-being. Making meals can be more than a chore and I am thoroughly excited for you to join me in this hobby!
